Why Choose Powerblanket?

Powerblanket gives you total temperature control, preventing project setbacks and unnecessary loss associated with adverse conditions. Products applicable for a wide range of industries, from construction to manufacturing. You can rely on Powerblanket for all your temperature challenges, cold or hot. The simple design eliminates the need for expensive work crews to install or remove heat trace, and insulation. Unlike heat trace, Powerblankets do not have inrush current issues.

Popular Designs:
Bulk Material Warmers

Powerblanket Hot Boxes efficiently heat temperature sensitive materials such as paints, roofing materials, chemicals, epoxies, resins, equipment, and pallets of any material. Easily moved from job to job, hot boxes are ideal for cold weather storage, freeze protection, transporting, job site heating, remote location use, and winter roofing.

Tote & Def tote heaters

Powerblanket tote heaters maintain optimal heating conditions or temperature sensitive materials and solve viscosity issues. Powerblanket tote heaters are temperature specific to protect diesel exhaust fluid from freezing.

Custom Solutions available

Powerblanket serves many industries: vlaves, instrumentation, construction, railroad, industrial, and more. Custom designs are done by world-class engineers to fit perfectly on your equipment. Ask us how!

Concrete Solutions Customers Have Implemented:
Propane Tanks

Tank pressures drop significantly doing cold temperatures, resulting in uneven distribution in pressure. Propane tanks supply the best output when warm. Gas volume is determined by the number of molecule collisions occurring within the container, and these collisions increase as the temperature increases. Powerblanket resolves this issue by maintaining constant regulated heat to increase propane flow and insulation.

Honey Products

Honey crystalizes at lower temperatures, making it thick and hard. If honey gets hot too fast the honey will darken and lost essential nutrients. Some beekeepers submerge the barrels in warm water and wait for the honey to de-crystalize. This method is viable but has a lengthy wait time and requires you to monitor water temperatures.

The heating blanket maintains the same temperature as the hive. No need to worry about overheating your honey because the Bee Blanket will never overheat with regulated heating. You can now keep honey at the ideal temperature and maintain viscosity required for bottling and managing honey stores.
