• Available exclusively for COD account holders or guest shoppers.

Did you choose Pickup?

• COD Account Holders: You can pay with your credit card online or opt to pay in-store at pickup.
• If you choose to pay in-store, your credit card will be processed at the counter.

Did you choose Shipping?

• COD Account Holders and Guest Shoppers: You can select from standard ground, express ground, or store pickup options during checkout.

How We Ensure Security

• When entering your credit card information on our website, it passes through advanced Fraud Detection filters to ensure your card’s legitimacy.
• Once your order and payment are processed, your order will be prepared for shipping or pickup.

If there’s a change to your order that affects the total or if it’s canceled, here’s how we handle it:

• If the total increases: A branch staff member will contact you to obtain your credit card details to cover the remaining balance.
• If the total decreases: A branch staff member will contact you for credit card details and process a refund for the amount owed.
  • Note: Refunds cannot be processed on the same day.
• If the order is canceled: A branch staff member will contact you for credit card details and process a refund for the amount owed. If the order was canceled on the same day it was created, the payment cannot be voided or canceled.
