Did you know you can quickly and easily download your invoices from our website? Whether you need a copy for your records or want to share it with your team, our streamlined process ensures you can access what you need in just a few clicks. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
To access your invoices, first log in to your account. If you don’t have an account yet, click here and follow the steps to create your account.
Step 2: Navigate to "My Account" Page
Once logged in, head over to your account dashboard. You’ll find this by clicking on the account icon at the top right of the page.
Step 3: Acess Your Invoices
From your dashboard, select “Open Invoices" or "Invoice History" to view all your invoices. You can choose the invoices you want to download and click the “Export” button at the top. You’ll have the option to download your invoices as either a PDF or CSV file.
Step 4: Filter Your Invoices
To easily retrieve specific invoices, you can filter by invoice number, order number, purchase order number, or date under the "Invoice History" section. If you’re looking for an open invoice, you can further narrow your search by carrier, order taker, job, ship-to location, or sales location, making it easier than ever to find what you need.
